Is there a contact form?
No. Write directly to [email protected], from the email address of your choice.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings, then Manage Account, then Delete Account. The dedicated page also explains the other way to do it.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed in the store. On Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions → Tilawa.ai → Cancel. On iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Tilawa.ai → Cancel. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription.
How do I report a mistake in a text on the site?
Write to [email protected] with the address of the page. Our method explains how texts are written, checked and corrected.
