فَكُلِى وَٱشْرَبِى وَقَرِّى عَيْنًاۖ فَإِمَّا تَرَيِنَّ مِنَ ٱلْبَشَرِ أَحَدًا فَقُولِىٓ إِنِّى نَذَرْتُ لِلرَّحْمَـٰنِ صَوْمًا فَلَنْ أُكَلِّمَ ٱلْيَوْمَ إِنسِيًّا ﴿٢٦﴾

فَكُلِى
fakulī
So eat
وَٱشْرَبِى
wa-ish'rabī
and drink
وَقَرِّى
waqarrī
and cool
عَيْنًۭا ۖ
ʿaynan
(your) eyes
فَإِمَّا
fa-immā
And if
تَرَيِنَّ
tarayinna
you see
مِنَ
mina
from
ٱلْبَشَرِ
l-bashari
human being
أَحَدًۭا
aḥadan
anyone
فَقُولِىٓ
faqūlī
then say
إِنِّى
innī
Indeed, I
نَذَرْتُ
nadhartu
[I] have vowed
لِلرَّحْمَـٰنِ
lilrraḥmāni
to the Most Gracious
صَوْمًۭا
ṣawman
a fast
فَلَنْ
falan
so not
أُكَلِّمَ
ukallima
I will speak
ٱلْيَوْمَ
l-yawma
today
إِنسِيًّۭا
insiyyan
(to any) human being
فَأَتَتْ بِهِۦ قَوْمَهَا تَحْمِلُهُۥۖ قَالُواْ يَـٰمَرْيَمُ لَقَدْ جِئْتِ شَيْــًٔا فَرِيًّا ﴿٢٧﴾

شَيْـًۭٔا

فَرِيًّۭا
fariyyan
an amazing thing
يَـٰٓأُخْتَ هَـٰرُونَ مَا كَانَ أَبُوكِ ٱمْرَأَ سَوْءٍ وَمَا كَانَتْ أُمُّكِ بَغِيًّا ﴿٢٨﴾

فَأَشَارَتْ إِلَيْهِۖ قَالُواْ كَيْفَ نُكَلِّمُ مَن كَانَ فِى ٱلْمَهْدِ صَبِيًّا ﴿٢٩﴾

قَالَ إِنِّى عَبْدُ ٱللَّهِ ءَاتَـٰنِىَ ٱلْكِتَـٰبَ وَجَعَلَنِى نَبِيًّا ﴿٣٠﴾

Indeed, I am

a slave

ءَاتَىٰنِىَ

وَجَعَلَنِى
wajaʿalanī
and made me
نَبِيًّۭا
nabiyyan
a Prophet
وَجَعَلَنِى مُبَارَكًا أَيْنَ مَا كُنتُ وَأَوْصَـٰنِى بِٱلصَّلَوٲةِ وَٱلزَّكَوٲةِ مَا دُمْتُ حَيًّا ﴿٣١﴾

And He (has) made me

blessed

as long as I am
دُمْتُ

as long as I am
حَيًّۭا
ḥayyan
alive
وَبَرَّۢا بِوَٲلِدَتِى وَلَمْ يَجْعَلْنِى جَبَّارًا شَقِيًّا ﴿٣٢﴾

ذَٲلِكَ عِيسَى ٱبْنُ مَرْيَمَۚ قَوْلَ ٱلْحَقِّ ٱلَّذِى فِيهِ يَمْتَرُونَ ﴿٣٤﴾

لَهُۥ

فَيَكُونُ

and it is
وَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ رَبِّى وَرَبُّكُمْ فَٱعْبُدُوهُۚ هَـٰذَا صِرَٲطٌ مُّسْتَقِيمٌ ﴿٣٦﴾

ٱللَّهَ

وَرَبُّكُمْ

فَٱعْبُدُوهُ ۚ

so worship Him
هَـٰذَا

This
صِرَٰطٌۭ
ṣirāṭun
(is) a path
مُّسْتَقِيمٌۭ
mus'taqīmun
straight
فَٱخْتَلَفَ ٱلْأَحْزَابُ مِنۢ بَيْنِهِمْۖ فَوَيْلٌ لِّلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ مِن مَّشْهَدِ يَوْمٍ عَظِيمٍ ﴿٣٧﴾

يَوْمٍ

(of) a Day
عَظِيمٍ
ʿaẓīmin
great
أَسْمِعْ بِهِمْ وَأَبْصِرْ يَوْمَ يَأْتُونَنَاۖ لَـٰكِنِ ٱلظَّـٰلِمُونَ ٱلْيَوْمَ فِى ضَلَـٰلٍ مُّبِينٍ ﴿٣٨﴾

وَأَبْصِرْ

and how (they will) see
يَوْمَ

لَـٰكِنِ

ٱلظَّـٰلِمُونَ
l-ẓālimūna
the wrongdoers
ٱلْيَوْمَ
l-yawma
today
فِى
fī
(are) in
ضَلَـٰلٍۢ
ḍalālin
error
مُّبِينٍۢ
mubīnin
clear
وَأَنذِرْهُمْ يَوْمَ ٱلْحَسْرَةِ إِذْ قُضِىَ ٱلْأَمْرُ وَهُمْ فِى غَفْلَةٍ وَهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ ﴿٣٩﴾

And warn them

ٱلْحَسْرَةِ

غَفْلَةٍۢ

(do) not
يُؤْمِنُونَ
yu'minūna
believe
إِنَّا نَحْنُ نَرِثُ ٱلْأَرْضَ وَمَنْ عَلَيْهَا وَإِلَيْنَا يُرْجَعُونَ ﴿٤٠﴾

وَٱذْكُرْ فِى ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ إِبْرَٲهِيمَۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ صِدِّيقًا نَّبِيًّا ﴿٤١﴾

إِذْ قَالَ لِأَبِيهِ يَـٰٓأَبَتِ لِمَ تَعْبُدُ مَا لَا يَسْمَعُ وَلَا يُبْصِرُ وَلَا يُغْنِى عَنكَ شَيْــًٔا ﴿٤٢﴾

يَـٰٓأَبَتِ لَا تَعْبُدِ ٱلشَّيْطَـٰنَۖ إِنَّ ٱلشَّيْطَـٰنَ كَانَ لِلرَّحْمَـٰنِ عَصِيًّا ﴿٤٤﴾

يَـٰٓأَبَتِ إِنِّىٓ أَخَافُ أَن يَمَسَّكَ عَذَابٌ مِّنَ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ فَتَكُونَ لِلشَّيْطَـٰنِ وَلِيًّا ﴿٤٥﴾

قَالَ أَرَاغِبٌ أَنتَ عَنْ ءَالِهَتِى يَـٰٓإِبْرَٲهِيمُۖ لَئِن لَّمْ تَنتَهِ لَأَرْجُمَنَّكَۖ وَٱهْجُرْنِى مَلِيًّا ﴿٤٦﴾

you desist
لَأَرْجُمَنَّكَ ۖ
la-arjumannaka
surely, I will stone you
وَٱهْجُرْنِى
wa-uh'jur'nī
so leave me
مَلِيًّۭا
maliyyan
(for) a prolonged time
قَالَ سَلَـٰمٌ عَلَيْكَۖ سَأَسْتَغْفِرُ لَكَ رَبِّىٓۖ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ بِى حَفِيًّا ﴿٤٧﴾

Peace (be)
عَلَيْكَ ۖ

وَأَعْتَزِلُكُمْ وَمَا تَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ وَأَدْعُواْ رَبِّى عَسَىٰٓ أَلَّآ أَكُونَ بِدُعَآءِ رَبِّى شَقِيًّا ﴿٤٨﴾

وَأَعْتَزِلُكُمْ
wa-aʿtazilukum
And I will leave you
وَمَا
wamā
and what
تَدْعُونَ
tadʿūna
you invoke
مِن

besides
دُونِ
dūni

ٱللَّهِ

وَأَدْعُوا۟
wa-adʿū
and I will invoke
رَبِّى

my Lord
عَسَىٰٓ

I will be
بِدُعَآءِ
biduʿāi
in invocation
رَبِّى
rabbī
(to) my Lord
شَقِيًّۭا
shaqiyyan
unblessed
فَلَمَّا ٱعْتَزَلَهُمْ وَمَا يَعْبُدُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ وَهَبْنَا لَهُۥٓ إِسْحَـٰقَ وَيَعْقُوبَۖ وَكُلاًّ جَعَلْنَا نَبِيًّا ﴿٤٩﴾

وَيَعْقُوبَ ۖ
wayaʿqūba
and Yaqub
وَكُلًّۭا
wakullan
and each (of them)
جَعَلْنَا
jaʿalnā
We made
نَبِيًّۭا
nabiyyan
a Prophet
وَوَهَبْنَا لَهُم مِّن رَّحْمَتِنَا وَجَعَلْنَا لَهُمْ لِسَانَ صِدْقٍ عَلِيًّا ﴿٥٠﴾
